What an AI business suite is
An AI business suite is one system in which several AI agents, each with a defined job, work on your customer chats together. Around them sit the tools a seller needs: an inbox, an orders list, a product and stock list, and reports.
Picture a small team in a shop. One person answers new customers, one handles price talks, one takes payment, one watches stock. A suite places that team inside your chat apps, and you set the rules as the owner.
The defining idea is "one place". If you copy an address from a chat into a courier form, then into a spreadsheet, you are running separate tools, not a suite.
Chatbot, CRM, automation tool and suite: the difference
The four are often confused. The table shows what each is built to do.
| Chatbot | CRM | Single automation tool | AI business suite | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Main job | Answer common questions | Store customer records and notes | Do one repeated task, such as an auto-reply | Run the whole chat-to-delivery workflow |
| Who talks to the customer | The bot, from fixed answers or a script | Your staff | A trigger or a template | AI agents, with your staff able to step in |
| Takes orders and payments | Rarely | Records them after the fact | Usually no | Yes, in the same chat |
| Knows your stock and prices | Only if you type them in | Sometimes | No | Yes, it answers from your products and stock |
| Reports | Few | Yes, but you enter the data | Few | Built from the chats and orders themselves |
| Best for | A simple FAQ | Teams that already sell well and need records | One small repeated job | Chat sellers who want one system |
Each has its place. A shop with ten questions a day may need only a chatbot. A suite earns its keep when the same few people spend the day on replies, orders, payments and stock.
The six jobs a complete suite covers
For a seller who runs the business through chat, a complete suite covers the whole path from first message to report. Confirm that each job below is handled, not only the first.
- Reply: answer product, price and size questions from your own catalog, on every channel you use, including comments on your posts.
- Sell and negotiate: ask the right question, handle "dam komano jabe?", and close without going below the lowest price you set.
- Take orders and payment: collect name, phone and address, send the order summary, ask for the advance or delivery charge, and track paid, partial and cash on delivery.
- Follow up: return to people who asked the price and went quiet, at a sensible time.
- Track stock and delivery: update stock when an order is confirmed, warn you before an item runs out, and book the parcel from the order.
- Report: show what sold, what is owed and what needs attention, without a spreadsheet of your own.
A buyer checklist for Bangladesh
Many AI tools are built for other markets. Before you pay for any suite, test it against these points with your own real messages.
- Bangla and Banglish: send "ei ta ache? dam koto?" and a message in Bangla script. A stiff or wrong reply is a warning. Try a photo and a voice note as well.
- Channels: it should work where your customers already are, such as Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, in one inbox.
- Owner control: you should be able to take over any chat in one click, hand it back, turn the AI off for the whole team or for one agent, and set a minimum price it will never go below.
- Your own rules: you should be able to write rules in plain words, such as "no COD outside Dhaka", and see them followed.
- Orders and payments: it should handle bKash, Nagad and cash on delivery, and connect to the couriers you already use, with your own courier accounts.
- Reporting: sales, unpaid COD and low stock should be visible without manual work.
- Pricing in taka: the price should be in BDT, with a clear way to pay and a clear rule for what happens when your AI replies run out. Ask about setup fees and contracts.
- Data ownership: ask in writing who owns your chats, orders and customer data, and whether you can leave.
Where AI still needs your judgment
AI makes mistakes. It can misread a message, mix up a variant or meet a question you did not anticipate. No suite removes that risk, and any vendor who claims otherwise is selling, not informing.
A suite cannot fix a weak offer, slow delivery or poor stock control. It makes good habits faster. It does not create them.
Who needs one, and who can wait
You need a suite if you sell mainly through chat, receive enough messages that customers wait for replies, and lose track of orders, payments or stock between apps. Online shops, and clinics, salons and tutors who book appointments by chat, are the usual cases.
You can wait if you receive only a few messages a day, sell mostly in person, or have not yet settled your products and prices. A good photo, a clear price list and a fast manual reply will serve you better now. Return when the inbox becomes the bottleneck.
How LeadRevive approaches it
LeadRevive is our product. It is an AI team for chat sellers. A Manager routes each chat to specialist agents for sales, negotiation, follow-up, payments, stock and business analysis. They work on Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, answer from your products and rules, and never go below the floor price you set. You can take over any chat and switch Autopilot off for the whole team or per agent. They connect to your own Steadfast, Pathao or RedX accounts. See all features, the online shop page and pricing.
Frequently asked questions
Is an AI business suite the same as a chatbot?
No. A chatbot usually answers set questions. A suite also handles price talks, orders, payments, follow-ups, stock and reports, and it knows your catalog. See the glossary for the other terms.
Will it replace my staff?
It takes over repeated work, such as first replies. You decide how much the AI does on its own, and your team keeps the judgment calls.
Does it work in Bangla?
A suite built for Bangladesh should. Test it with Bangla script, Banglish, a photo and a voice note from your own customers before you pay.
Can the AI promise a discount I did not approve?
It should not. Look for a minimum price you set per product and for rules written in plain words. Read the first week of replies to be sure.
How do I start?
List your products, prices and delivery rules, choose one channel, and run the AI on a small share of your chats first. You can get started here.
